Legislators on the River with Holliday Sand & Stone

Last week, Holliday Sand & Stone hosted Missouri State Representative Jamie Johnson, and Erin Fyfee, Senior Advisor for Congresswoman Sharice Davids, for a tour of the company’s Missouri River dredge operation.

This was an important opportunity to thank them for their commitment to improving our state and federal infrastructure investment. Missouri raised the gas tax to fund transportation projects in 2021. Before the increase the state had the second lowest gas tax in the country. The increase now raises $460 million annually for infrastructure projects across the state.
